Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Valitide (“the Platform”), operated by Valitide LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Valitide is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for the evaluation and prescription of GLP-1 receptor agonist medications for weight management. Valitide also operates an informational directory of peptide research vendors and compounding pharmacies. Valitide itself does not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or dispense pharmaceuticals. All medical decisions are made by independently licensed healthcare providers.

3. Telehealth Services

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Telehealth consultations are conducted remotely and may have limitations compared to in-person visits.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current medical information. Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment and could be harmful to your health.
  • A licensed provider will independently evaluate your eligibility for treatment. Completing an intake questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription.
  • You are responsible for following your provider’s instructions and reporting any side effects or changes in your health promptly.
  • Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • Services are currently available only to patients located in states where our providers are licensed to practice.

4. Informed Consent for Telemedicine

By submitting a medical intake questionnaire and engaging with a provider through the Platform, you consent to receive healthcare services via telemedicine. You understand that:

  • Telemedicine involves electronic communication of your medical information to healthcare providers.
  • There are potential risks including, but not limited to, delays in evaluation or treatment due to technology failures, and the possibility that the provider may determine that telemedicine is not appropriate for your condition.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent and discontinue telemedicine services at any time.
  • Your provider may determine that an in-person visit is necessary and refer you accordingly.
  • The laws that protect the confidentiality of your medical information also apply to telemedicine.

5. Prescriptions and Medications

If a provider prescribes medication through the Platform, the prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy. You understand that:

  • All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
  • GLP-1 medications carry risks and side effects. Your provider will discuss these with you.
  • You are responsible for disclosing all medications you are currently taking to avoid dangerous interactions.
  • Valitide does not manufacture, compound, or dispense any medications.
  • Medication costs, insurance coverage, and pharmacy availability are outside of Valitide’s control.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Platform’s telehealth services. You must provide truthful identification and contact information. Accounts created with fraudulent information will be terminated.

7. Directory Listings

The vendor and pharmacy directory is provided for informational purposes only. Listings, ratings, and reviews are community-sourced, publicly researched, or self-reported. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free. Verification badges indicate that a review process has been completed — they do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of product quality. Research peptides listed under vendors are sold by those vendors for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption.

8. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, impersonate another person, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code on the Platform are the property of Valitide LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party website. Clicking an outbound link does not constitute an endorsement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valitide and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any information provided, medical outcomes from telehealth services, or interactions with any provider, vendor, or pharmacy connected through the Platform. Healthcare providers are independent practitioners and are solely responsible for the care they provide. Use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valitide and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, inaccurate medical information you provide, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to legal@valitide.com.
